Upholding our dedication to user privacy, we neither retain nor oversee any user-specific data or crafted images.

While utilizing this website, you assure on your behalf, on behalf of your users, and any parties you represent, you will not:

1. alter, duplicate, develop derivative versions of, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code from any material or software on this website;

If you decide on a chargeback:

1. We will thoroughly review the transaction upon receiving a chargeback request.

2. Should our investigation confirm the chargeback's validity, we will acknowledge it, and the funds will be processed according to your financial institution's guidelines.

3. If we challenge the chargeback, we will present the necessary proof to your bank or credit card provider to affirm the transaction.

Do note, the process can vary depending on your financial institution. We commit to facilitating a speedy resolution, but the timeframe is usually dictated by the bank or credit card company.

If we cannot resolve a chargeback through your initial payment method, we'll explore alternative ways to settle the dispute. Some payment channels in certain areas might not facilitate a chargeback to the original source.

We acknowledge that users might sometimes reconsider their purchases. If you're unsatisfied with a purchase at ineededthis.ai, you may qualify for a refund. (However, refunds are not applicable in cases where the return argument is based on the quality of image generation, as well as if more than 3 images were generated). Such requests should be made within 7 days of the transaction. Upon approval, the refund may take up to 14 days, depending on banking procedures.
