Exchange Policy

Instead of a refund, customers may opt for an exchange, allowing them to submit a new prompt for image generation.

Exchanges are limited to once per purchase.

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the image generation process has not started.

If cancellation occurs after image generation, standard refund policies apply.

We guarantee the quality of image generation based on the clarity and specificity of provided prompts.

In cases of significant deviation from the prompt, we offer a re-generation of the image at no additional cost.

Continuous technical support is provided for issues related to website functionality and image generation process.

Technical support does not cover issues arising from user's hardware or internet connectivity.
